Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean hamburger meat
- 2 bunch green onion, minced very fine
- Salt
- Pepper
- Season salt and season pepper
- 2 teaspoon cajun seasonings
- 1 green pepper, minced very fine
- 1/4 can tomato sauce
Directions
- Mix well. Roll in tiny meat balls; fry in non-stick pan. Drop in sauce.
