• Mayonnaise Cake

    • 1 box devil's food cake (pudding in mix)
    • 1 c. mayonnaise
    • 1 c. water
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 (8 ounce) Cold Whip
    • 1 box instant Jello pudding
    • 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
    • 1 c. lowfat milk


    1. Put together all ingredients. Beat for 3 min. Pour in 2 well greased and lightly floured 9" or possibly 8" pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min or possibly till springs back when touched and pulls away from sides of pan.
    2. Mix instant pudding and confectioners' sugar. Add in lowfat milk. Beat or possibly whip with wire whisk till hard. Mix in Cool whip.This is not a sweet icing. It just highly compliments and delights mayonnaise cake. Must be refrigerated when not in use (if any is left).
