Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4-5 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup warm milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil potatoes in water for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Drain.
- Mash potatoes with masher or electric mixer.
- Add butter.
- Slowly beat in milk.
- Season with salt and pepper.
