  • Mary's Marble Fudge Balls

    Ingredients

    • 1 can (11.5 ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
    • 1 stk butter
    • 4 1/2 c. Sugar
    • 6 x 1.5-ounce Hershey bars, broken into pcs
    • 1 jar (7 ounce) marshmallow cream
    • 2 c. Pecan halves
    • 1 pkt (12 ounce) white chocolate chips
    • 2 ounce Soft butter

    Directions

    1. In a heavy, large pan bring lowfat milk, butter and sugar to a boil. Turn down to medium high heat and boil for 7 min. Remove from heat. Add in marshmallow creme and Hershey bars and whisk till well incorporated. Quickly mix in white chocolate chips and pecan halves and turn out immediately onto a well buttered, lipped cookie sheet (11" x 16"). Spread proportionately. With a wide spatula spread about 2 ounces of soft butter over the top. While still hot, roll about 1 heaping tsp. of fudge into a ball. The soft white chocolate chips will make a marbled candy. Place on waxed paper till cold.
    2. Put in little paper c.. GREAT gifts! Delicious fudge. My very, very favorite!
