Ingredients

  • 8 ounce uncooked macaroni
  • 1 x (12-oz) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. whole lowfat milk
  • 1 x Pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounce shredded sharp cheddar cheese (2 c.)
  • 4 ounce shredded medium cheddar cheese (1 c.)
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine or possibly butter
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten Sliced cheese to cover macaroni

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. In a bowl combine macaroni, lowfat milk, salt, pepper, cheeses, margarine and Large eggs. Spray interior of slow-cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in mixed ingredients. Cover with sliced cheese. Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hrs.
