Ingredients

  • 5 lb beef brisket trimmed
  • 2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
  • 2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 2 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 x sweet red bell pepper Minced fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Sprinkle each side of brisket with all of the spices except parsley. Place in baking dish. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hrs. Slice thin and garnish with thin red bell pepper slices and parsley.
