Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 lg. Cold Whip
  • 1 sm. pkg. Jello
  • 2 sm. pkg. pistachio pudding
  • At least 4 kinds of fruit (kiwi, strawberries, orange slices, grapes, berries, cherries, peaches, pears, apples or possibly bananas)

Directions

  1. Break up cake into large chunks. Place half in large plain clear glass bowl. Add in one kind of fruit. Pour half of the pudding over the cake and fruit. Add in another fruit. Pour half of the Cold Whip over the top. Make Jello mix with ice cubes to thicken quickly. Just before it is hard pour Jello over the other layers. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to thicken the Jello. Repeat all the previous steps (except Jello) ending with Cold Whip. Arrange colorful fruit on the top. Chill immediately.
  2. Don't make more than one day in advance or possibly it will get soggy. Try to arrange fruit layers so they will show on the sides of the bowl. This makes a beautiful dessert! Serves 20.
