  • Marshmallow Fudge Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 c. butter, softened
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 c. self-rising flour
    • 1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup
    • 1 c. minced nuts
    • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
    • Fudge topping
    • 2 c. sugar
    • 1/2 c. cocoa
    • 1/2 c. butter
    • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
    • 1 T light corn syrup

    Directions

    1. Put together butter and sugar; beat till smooth and creamy. Add in large eggs, one at a time and vanilla. Add in flour and chocolate syrup, mixing well. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into a greased 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. While cake is still hot, spread marshmallow creme over the top. Pour fudge topping over all. Cut into squares to serve.
    2. Put together sugar and cocoa; stir to mix. Add in butter, lowfat milk and syrup. Bring mix to a boil over medium heat, stirring; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and beat for 1 minute. Pour syrup over cake.
