Mark's Mom's German Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 6 x boiled potatoes, with skins
- 6 slc bacon
- 3/4 c. onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. water
Directions
- Peel cooled potatoes; slice. Fry bacon till crisp; crumble over potatoes.
- Brown onions in bacon grease. Add in flour, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed; cook till bubbly. Stir in water and vinegar; boil. Pour over potatoes; mix well. Serve hot.
