The marinated chicken salad I’m making not the first time, but it’s a real hit in my kitchen. Though I don’t like any sweet taste in dishes with meat, these salads are something special – the only one dish, that I love because of its versatile taste. This dish is just like a sea of taste, so don’t be afraid and let’s dive into it together!

    Ingredients

    • 1 spoon of Soy sauce
    • 1 spoon of Curry
    • 1/4 spoon of Ground rubber
    • 1 clove of chopped Garlic
    • 1 spoon of Honey
    • 1 Chicken fillet
    • 1 spoon of Peanut butter
    • 1 spoon of Sweet chili sauce
    • 1 spoon of Lime juice
    • 2 spoons of Olive oil
    • 2 Little gems
    • 1/4 Cucumber
    • 1/2 Pomegranate Seeds
    • 1 Red onion

    Directions

    1. MARINATE CHICKEN
    2. Pour soy sauce, curry, rubber, garlic, and honey into a bowl and mix everything up. Cover chicken with marinade and leave in a fridge for 1 hour (better would be for a night). Because chicken is the main ingredient of this dish – it’s very important to marinate it good.
    3. SALAD SAUCE
    4. Mix peanut butter with sweet chili sauce, lime juice and 2 spoons of water.
    5. BAKING CHICKEN
    6. Heat frying pan with olive oil in it and put chicken. Fry for about 10 minutes, turn pieces over so they would fry evenly. When it’s fried, let it cool and cut into stripes.
    7. MAKE SALADS
    8. Divide salad into a quarter and put it on the plate. Pour chopped cucumber, grenade seeds and onion sliced in stripes. on one side of a plate put one spoon of sauce and on the other side put chicken. You can squeeze some lime juice on top of the salad.
    9. I recommend you to eat salad until chicken is hot. Enjoy!
