Ingredients

  • 3 (15 ounce.) cans black eye peas, liquid removed Or possibly 6 c. cooked black eye peas
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 dashes Tabasco
  • Onion rings
  • Green pepper rings

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl, stirring well. Cover with green pepper or possibly onion rings and marinate. 12 servings.
