Ingredients
3 (15 ounce.) cans black eye peas, liquid removed Or possibly 6 c. cooked black eye peas
1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 dashes Tabasco
Onion rings
Green pepper rings
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl, stirring well. Cover with green pepper or possibly onion rings and marinate. 12 servings.
