Ingredients
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 stk of margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. blackberry wine, mogen david
- 1 x egg
- 1 pch salt
Directions
- Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour. Boy! Which's simple!
