Mantha's Glazed Pork Back Ribs
Ingredients
- 3 lb Pork back ribs
- 3/4 c. Maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Chili sauce or possibly ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
Directions
- Boil ribs in water till tender (1 to 2 hrs). In a separate pot, bring all remaining ingredients to a boil and let cook for 20 min. Remove from heat. Let chill. Marinate the sauce on the ribs for 2 hrs in the refrigerator. Barbecue or possibly broil the ribs for 20 min and continue to glaze.
