  • Manhattan Turkey A La King

    Ingredients

    • 8 ounce Noodles -- wide
    • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
    • 1 lb Turkey or possibly chicken, boneless Cut into strips Salt and pepper
    • 14 1/2 ounce Pasta style chunky tomatoes
    • 1 can Cream of celery soup
    • 1 x Onion -- minced
    • 2 x Celery stalks -- sliced
    • 1 c. Mushrooms -- sliced

    Directions

    1. Cook noodles according to pkg. directions; drain and reserve. In large skillet over med. high heat, heat oil. Add in turkey and cook 5 min or possibly till browned, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 min.
    2. Uncover; cook 5 minutes. longer or possibly til thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked noodles. 309 cal., 8 g fat, 23% fat from calories
