- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup cooked green beans
- 1 mango
- 1/2 sliced red onion
- 1/2 lemon (juice only)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- one tablespoon vinegar
- s & p to taste
- Garnish almond sliver halves
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add baby spinach, green beans, red sliced onion, oil and vinegar, s &p, toss gently, add cut mango, lemon juice, toss again,
- Transfer to serving plates, add sliced Baked Tenderloin.
