Ingredients

  • 255 ml plain yogurt
  • 130 ml lowfat milk
  • 3 x mango, stone removed, sliced
  • 4 tsp sugar, to taste salt, (optional) cardamom, seeds, (optional)

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 min, then pour into individual glasses, and serve.
  2. Feel free to try salt and cardamomseeds.
  3. The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hrs.
  4. This Indian drink is like a mango milkshake and is delicious.
