Mandarin Orange Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. orange cake mix
- 1/4 c. veg. oil
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges (including juice)
Directions
- CAKE: Mix cake mix, oil and Large eggs well. Add in oranges which have been mashed. Mix well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 min or possibly till brown on top. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- FROSTING: Mix pineapple and pudding mix till smooth. Add in orange juice. Mix in whipped topping. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle with pecans. May add in coconut.
