Ingredients

  • 16 ounce Can of cannellini beans
  • 8 ounce Can of tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Water
  • 2 x Cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lb Elbow or possibly ditalini macaroni, Cooked al dente Fresh parsley, minced Grated cheese

Directions

  1. Fry the garlic in oil gently till golden. Add in the tomato sauce & water and cook for 10 min. Add in the beans, stir gently. Drain and add in the pasta to the bean mix. Stir gently. If it gets too thick, add in a little water. Add in the parsley and serve immediately or possibly the pasta will absorb all the liquid. Sprinkle with cheese and serve with Italian bread
