Ingredients

  • 23 x Bananas, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, place one layer of sliced bananas, then a layer of wafers till bowl is filled, making sure top layer is wafer. Set aside. In a medium saucepan beat Large eggs, add in sugar and mix well, add in flour, lowfat milk, vanilla. Bring to boil, pour over bananas and wafer mix. Refrigerateand Serve.
  2. TIP: FRIED PLAINTAINS
  3. To peel easily, soak in cool water and peel off skin with knife. Cut into 2-inch diagonal slices and fry in 380 degree oil till golden brown.
