Malaysian Chilli Pesto,Paste

- 250 g red and green chilli mixed
- 500g garlic
- 5 tsp salt
- 7 Tbs lime juice
- 10Tbs grape vinegar
- 20tsp sugar
Directions
- In a blender/food processor
- (put garlic in first and pulse a few times)
- Blend all ingredients together to a thick paste like consistency (to your preference)
- Bottle and store for when required
