Malai Ladoo
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Condensed lowfat milk
- 250 gm Paneer, (cottage cheese)
- 2 dsh Kewra essence, (2 to 3)
- 1/4 tsp Yellow colour
Directions
- Mash paneer.
- Add in condensed lowfat milk and cook on slow flame, stirring continously.
- Cook until thick and sides leave.
- Add in essence and remove from flame.
- Mix well.
- Pour on plate.
- Cold. Make ladoos.
- Sprinkle powdered elaichi and decorate.
