Ingredients

  • 2 lbs grnd beef
  • 1 med onion, minced
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • pinch of Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Crumble beef in skillet and brown over medium to medium-low heat; add in onion and cook till onion begins to turn clear.
  2. Drain off fat. Meat should be very crumbly.
  3. Add in broth and cook down till juice is almost gone.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve on buns.
