    These biscuits are great any time any place & with any meal. They freeze really well too.

    Ingredients

    • 16 cups flour
    • 1/2 cup baking powder
    • 2 tbsp. salt
    • 2 1/2 cups margarine
    • In a 8 cup measure put
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups sour cream
    • 4 tbsp. vinegar, add enough
    • milk to make
    • 8 1/2 cups.

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400*.
    2. Get your eggs, sour cream, vinegar, and milk ready, set aside while mixing your other ingredients.
    3. Put your flour, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. Add margarine.Work these together until they resemble course crumbs.
    4. Make a well in center of flour mixture, add your milk mixture. Mix until no dry flour appears. DO NOT OVER MIX.
    5. Once they are mixed, put dough on flour covered counter and roll to 1/2 inch thickness, cut with biscuit cutter or any round cutter will do.
    6. For soft sided biscuits place on greased sheet pan with sides just touching. For crusty biscuits place on sheet pan with about 1/2 inch between biscuits.Before baking poke each biscuit with a fork.
    7. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown
    8. When done brush the tops with melted margarine while still hot.
