Ingredients
1 (7 ounce.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1 (16 ounce.) can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg
1 (16 ounce.) can cream style corn
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min uncovered.
