Ingredients

  • 1 (7 ounce.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can cream style corn

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min uncovered.
