1 c. liquid removed chunk pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. raisins soaked in water to plump and liquid removed
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Directions
Combine carrots, pineapple, mayonnaise, raisins, and sugar; mix well. Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
