Ingredients

  • 3 lg. onions, minced
  • 1/2 pound smoked salmon or possibly more
  • 1 can (lg.) salmon, liquid removed & flaked
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) bar cream cheese
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 doz. large eggs

Directions

  1. Chop onions; saute in butter till golden. Place in 9 x 13 inch pyrex dish. Add in lox and salmon. Heat cream cheese with 1/2 cup lowfat milk. Pour over onion and lox mix in dish. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Beat 12 large eggs with 1 cup lowfat milk. Pour over onion, lox and cream cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done.
