Lowfat Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 x Reduced fat grahm cracker Crust
- 14 ounce Can Lowfat milk
- 1 can Pumpkin
- 4 x Egg whites
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Each cloves, nutmeg,salt
Directions
- Brush crust with just sufficient eggwhite to cover and bake at 375x for 5 min. Combine all ingredients including remaning eggwhite, pour into baked shell. Bake at 425x fo 15 min, then reduce to 350x for 40 min.
