Low Fat Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 c. low fat buttermilk
- 10 1/2 ounce silken tofu
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chives
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions
- In food processor or possibly blender, puree buttermilk, tofu, salt and lemon juice.
- Add in remaining ingredients; process till blended.
- Variations: Add in garlic, or possibly try substituting poppy seeds or possibly toasted, crushed sesame seeds for the herbs.
- Makes about 3 c., 0.2 grams of fat per serving.
