Low Fat Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 x Pork chops, thick -- Boneless
- 1 x Egg White
- 2 Tbsp. Pineapple juice -- Unsweetened
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic Pwdr
- 1 c. Italian Seasoned Bread -- Crumbs
- 1 tsp Paprika
Directions
- Mix together Pineapple Juice, Soy Sauce, Ginger and Garlic Pwdr. In a flat dish mix together bread crumbs and Paprika. Dip pork chops in wet mix and then coat with bread crumb mix. Bake on each side for 25 min at 325 degrees.
