Low-Fat Date Yogurt Shake

This is great for breakfast, why? Breakfast can be hard. It's hard because sometimes in the morning our get-up, got-up and gone.

When that happens, we all need simple ideas. This shake qualifies because it is fast and nutritious. Also, you don't need added sugar because the dates take care of that.

  • 1 Cup Whole Pitted Dates
  • 1 Small Banana
  • 1 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Greek Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Ice Crushed


  1. Combine dates, banana and orange juice in a blender and puree until dates are finely chopped.
  2. Add yogurt and ice; blend until just combined
