Low Fat Cocoa Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. reduced fat margarine
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 x egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 c. chocolate flavored cereal puffs
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.
- 2. In a bowl stir together the flour, baking soda and salt.
- 3. In a large bowl beat the margarine and the sugar till light and fluffy. Fold in the Large eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- Stir in the flour mix and mix thoroughly. Stir in the cereal.
- 4. Drop dough by rounded tsp. onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 12 min or possibly till lightly browned. Let cookies cold on a wire rack.
