  • Low Fat Cocoa Cookies

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 c. reduced fat margarine
    • 1 c. white sugar
    • 2 x egg whites
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 3 c. chocolate flavored cereal puffs

    Directions

    1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease baking sheets.
    2. 2. In a bowl stir together the flour, baking soda and salt.
    3. 3. In a large bowl beat the margarine and the sugar till light and fluffy. Fold in the Large eggs and vanilla and beat well.
    4. Stir in the flour mix and mix thoroughly. Stir in the cereal.
    5. 4. Drop dough by rounded tsp. onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 12 min or possibly till lightly browned. Let cookies cold on a wire rack.
