Low Fat Cappuccino Cooler
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. brewed coffee chilled
- 1 1/2 c. low-fat chocolate ice cream
- 1/4 c. chocolate syrup Reduced-fat frzn whipped topping thawed (optional)
Directions
- Process first 3 ingredients in a blender till smooth. Serve immediately over crushed ice. Top with whipped topping, if you like.

- Comments: In place of whipped cream, try coffee or possibly mocha ice cream for a bigger coffee kick.
