  • 1 lb cottage cheese 1/2% fat
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 6 pkt sweet 'n low
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 pkt gelatin pwdr unsweetened
  • 3/4 c. crushed pineapple in juice liquid removed cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ or possibly crushed cereal


  1. Blend cheese, egg whites, Sweet and Low, lemon juice and vanilla in food processor. Dissolve geletin in pineapple juice, Blend into cheese mix. Stir in pineapple and cinnamon.
  2. Spray 9" pie plate with Pam. Sprinkler wheat germ over. Pour in cheese mix, Bake 30 minutes. at 350. Let cold before cutting,
