Longganisang Lumpia (spring roll sausage)

- 1/4 Longganisa (minced)
- 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
- 1 med Bellpepper, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 med Onion, minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 cup Toge (bean sprouts)
- Lumpia wrapper
Directions
- Saute garlic and onions.
- Add the longganisa (any type of longganisa will do for this recipe).
- Add the bellpepper, cabbage, and toge.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the filling in a lumpia wrapper and roll.
- Fry the lumpia until golden brown.
