London Broil With Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

1 flank steak (1 - 1 1/2 lbs.) 1/2 pound lg. mushroom caps 3 tbsp. wine vinegar

3/4 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt Dash pepper

Directions

1. Score both sides of steak in diamond pattern with sharp knife cutting 1/4 inch deep. Brush steak and mushrooms with vinegar. Sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper over steak and mushrooms. Broil meat 2 inches from heat, 5 min. Turn. Add in mushrooms. Broil 5 min. Serves 4.
