London Broil Kabobs
Ingredients
- 1/8 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-1 1/2 pound London Broil steak, cut into 2 inch cubes
- 1 (4 ounce) can button mushrooms
- 1 lg. bell pepper, cut into 2 inch squares
- 1 med. onion, cut into squares
Directions
- Mix marinade ingredients in a shaker or possibly with wire whisk. Place beef cubes in container with a leak proof lid. Pour marinade over beef. Chill for at least two days, turning the bowl once each day.
- Alternate meat, pepper cube, onion cube and mushroom on skewers. Cook on grill (or possibly broil in oven) 7-10 min or possibly till steak is done to your taste.
