  • London Broil Kabobs

    Ingredients

    • 1/8 c. vegetable oil
    • 1/4 c. soy sauce
    • 2 T lemon juice
    • 2 T wine vinegar
    • 3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 teaspoon dry mustard
    • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
    • 3/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1-1 1/2 pound London Broil steak, cut into 2 inch cubes
    • 1 (4 ounce) can button mushrooms
    • 1 lg. bell pepper, cut into 2 inch squares
    • 1 med. onion, cut into squares

    Directions

    1. Mix marinade ingredients in a shaker or possibly with wire whisk. Place beef cubes in container with a leak proof lid. Pour marinade over beef. Chill for at least two days, turning the bowl once each day.
    2. Alternate meat, pepper cube, onion cube and mushroom on skewers. Cook on grill (or possibly broil in oven) 7-10 min or possibly till steak is done to your taste.
