London Broil
Ingredients
- Top round steak, cut for London Broil
- Soy sauce
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon and grnd ginger
Directions
- In flat Pyrex glass pan, put 1/2 inch soy sauce, wine, garlic, oil and grnd ginger. Let meat sit in juice for at least 4 hrs. Barbecue till done.
