Linda Kaysen's Mixed Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can (16 ounce.) French style green beans, liquid removed
- 1 can (16 ounce.) lima or possibly northern beans, liquid removed
- 1 can (16 ounce.) kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 can (16 ounce.) pork and beans
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 can (12 ounce.) spam and cubed
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Mollasses
- 1 x Green pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
Directions
- Directions: Combine all ingredients in a 3-qt casserole pan. Bake in a slow oven (about 300-325) for two hrs. Cold for 10 min before serving.
