GREAT FOR BREAKFAST OR A SNACK! Ingredients
- 6 CUPS ORGANIC ROLLED OATS
- 2 CUPS ORGANIC OAT BRAN
- 2 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC GROUND FLAX SEED
- 1 CUP CHOPPED ORGANIC NUTS, CASHEW, WALNUT, PECANS MIX
- 1 CUP ORGANIC RAW PUMPKIN SEEDS
- 1 CUP ORGANIC SLIVERED ALMONDS
- 1 CUP ORGANIC SESAME SEEDS
- 1 CUP ORGANIC COCONUT, SHREDDED
- 1/2 CUP ORGANIC SUNFLOWER SEEDS
- 1 CUP ORGANIC NON-FAT DRY MILK POWDER
- PUT ALL OF THE ABOVE IN A LARGE BOWL
- 1/2 CUP ORGANIC COCONUT OIL
- 4 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC COCONUT-CREME
- 3/4 CUP HOT WATER
- 1/2 CUP ORGANIC RAW HONEY
- 1 TEASPOON ORGANIC VANILLA
- 2 TEASPOONS ORGANIC CINNAMON
- COMBINE IN SMALL NINJA DRINK CONTAINER
Directions
- PUT ALL OF THE DRY INGREDIENTS IN A VERY LARGE BOWL.
- COMBINE THE COCONUT OIL WITH THE COCONUT CREME AND ADD HOT WATER AND HONEY, MIXING WELL AND ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS, PUTTING IN SMALL NINJA DRINK CONTAINER & PROCESS UNTIL MIXED.
- POUR LIQUID MIXTURE INTO DRY INGREDIENTS & MIX WELL.
- USE TWO RECTANGLE COOKIE SHEETS AND DIVIDE MIXTURE ON EACH.
- BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES EACH PAN.
