Like Hobee's Coffee Cake

- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (I like to use 1 teaspoon)
- 1/4 - 1/2 fresh blueberries
- Topping: (I double this since I love crumble topping)
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt with a whisk to remove any lumps and blend.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg, vanilla and sour cream - add to flour mixture and beat until smooth. Spread in a 9x9 oiled baking pan. Sprinkle blueberries on top. Mix topping and sprinkle over batter and blueberries.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Can be served at room temperature or warm.
