Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 C. Flour
  • 2 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1 3/4 C. Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 3 Egg Whites

Directions

  1. Mix Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar and Salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat your Egg Yolks and Milk in a small bowl until mixed.
  3. Combine with dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. With your egg whites, beat in a bowl until soft peaks are about to form.
  5. GENTLY FOLD into batter mixture.
  6. Pour 1/3 C. of batter into each square of the HOT waffle iron.
  7. Enjoy
