Light Lemon Pudding With Raspberries
Ingredients
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 c. Lowfat lemon yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 1/2 ounce Package instant lemon pudding & pie filling Fresh raspberries
Directions
- Mix lowfat milk and yogurt in bowl with electric mixer. Add in pie filling, honey and vanilla. Beat on low till thickened. Chill, covered, 1 hour to thicken.
- Serve with fresh raspberries.
