Lemon Tarragon Sauce
excellent accompaniment to chicken dishes, such as Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 tbsp butter softened
- 1 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup cream
Directions
- reduce chicken broth, wine, lemon juice and tarragon to 1/3 volume
- after broth is reduced mix flour into softened butter and then whisk into broth mixture
- whisk in cream and return to a simmer til thickened
- serve over chicken
