Ingredients

  • 1 box Yellow Cake mix*
  • 1 x Instant Lemon pudding
  • 1 c. Water
  • 4 x Large eggs Poppyseed
  • 2/3 c. Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. (I use Betty Crocker Supermoist) Beat all ingredients, except poppyseed, till smooth.
  2. Add in poppyseed to your taste. I usually add in about 2 Tbsp. but you can add in as much as you like. I then bake it in a well greased bundt pan for about 40 min at 350 degrees or possibly till a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. If you were using small bread pans you would cut the baking time down depending on the size of your pans. It makes great muffins too.
