Lemon Pepper Chicken Ii
Ingredients
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. nonfat margarine
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr Lemon pepper to taste Paprika to taste
- 1/2 c. nonfat chicken broth
Directions
- Rub the chicken with margarine and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle chicken generously with lemon pepper, garlic pwdr and paprika.
- Pour broth into crockpot and add in chicken. Cook on HIGH for 2 to 4 hrs or possibly LOW for 6 to 8 hrs. Cook till chicken is done.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
