Lemon~Garlic & Basil Baked Salmon

We love Salmon and the flavors just explode in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Filets (about 4 ounces each)
  • 2 lemons (juice only)
  • 2 cloves of garlic-minced (I use jarred, fresh cloves are fine to mince)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. In a small bowl add minced garlic, lemon juice and basil, stir well
  2. Coat each fillet (skin side down) and place in a non stick baking dish
  3. Add melted butter, parmesan cheese, cover with foil and place in a 400 F oven for 8 minutes (Salmon will just begin to flake)
  4. Serve with some fresh sauteed veggies and enjoy the flavors!
