Directions
- In a small bowl add minced garlic, lemon juice and basil, stir well
- Coat each fillet (skin side down) and place in a non stick baking dish
- Add melted butter, parmesan cheese, cover with foil and place in a 400 F oven for 8 minutes (Salmon will just begin to flake)
- Serve with some fresh sauteed veggies and enjoy the flavors!
