  • Lemon Chicken With Rice

    Ingredients

    • 1 bot Lowry's Lemon Herb marinade
    • 8 x boned chicken breast halves
    • 4 c. raw rice
    • 3 x (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
    • 2 3/4 c. water
    • 3 tsp chicken bouillon or possibly 3 cubes
    • 1 x bay leaf
    • 4 pkt chicken gravy (1 c. each)

    Directions

    1. Marinate chicken breasts at least 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees till tender and done but not dry, about 20 min. Rinse rice. Bring chicken broth, water, bay leaf and chicken bouillon to a boil. Add in rice, return to boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook 15 min or possibly till rice is done and liquid absorbed. Remove bay leaf. Make gravy according to package directions. Add in dessert and green beans or possibly broccoli to tray. Put 1 c. rice topped with 1/2 c. gravy and a chicken breast on tray. Over wrap completely with plastic wrap (go all the way around, not just cover) twice - once in each direction. Over wrap completely with foil. Add in dated label with directions.
