Lemon Bundt Cake

- Cake
- 1 box of lemon cake mix
- 1 box of instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- Icing
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
Directions
- Mix all the cake ingredients together and pour mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
- When cake has cooled, remove from pan and poke holes in cake with a toothpick, or better yet, a skewer.
- Mix icing ingredients together and slowly pour over the top of the cake.
