Goes great with a good white, zinfandel wine or Saki.. Add white rice as a side dish. As an appetizer, add grilled or steamed pot stickers. Enjoy!!!! Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cut up into 1/2 to 1 inch piece
- 3 whole zucchinis, sliced in half into 1/2 to 1 inch half moons or quarters
- 2 onions sliced into quarters
- 1 lb shredded carrots
- Season to taste with Monterey chicken seasoning, lime pepper seasoning, or any other favorite seasonings
Directions
- Oil and heat large fry pan over medium heat
- Add cut up chicken and begin to saute
- Add onions after about 5 minutes
- After chicken is about half way cooked, add carrots and zucchini, and saute until done.
