Lamb Chops With Rosemary And Lemon
Ingredients
- 8 x lean lamb chops
- 25 gm butter garlic salt freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or possibly 1 tbsp dry rosemary
- 1 x juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Put the chops in a ovenproof dishTop with knobs of butter and add in garlic salt and pepper Sprinkle with the rosemary and squeeze the lemon juice over the chops
- Cover the dish with foil and cook in a preheated oven 200C 400F gas mark 6 for 30 min
- Remove the foil and return the dish to the oven for a further 510 min until the chops are tender Serve garnished with extra sprigs of fresh rosemary and lemon wedges if liked
- Serves 4
- If you don t like rosemary substitute it with crushed garlic
